Good! Healthy human greens, such as broccoli, spinach, green beans, peas, lettuce, etc, are great because they really need their vitamin k from those. My little GCC loves his green beans.
I tried everything for my little guy, but his favorite was Roudybush daily maintenance mini pellets. It has so many good vitamins, minerals, proteins, his feathers were brighter, shinier, sleeker. He was more aware, and willing to learn. That with a combination of Lafeber’s Nutri-berries, he was very healthy, hasn’t gotten any illness since I’ve had him, and is very happy.
It was very easy to switch him from the seeds the breeders fed him, to Roudybush. A little bit of seeds is okay for the oils for their feathers, but never as an essential part of their diet.
