What Is The Relationship Between A Parrot Fish And A Cichlid?

I searched pictures of parrot fish on google, and all them read
parrot fish-cichlid… I’m confused… Is that just another name for a parrot fish?? Maybe it’s just how the picture is named, or is it something else??
Thank-you!! :D
