yes it is they have the intelligence of a 3 year old while there voice may not be as clear as other birds it is and is capable of talking

ok, i got my blue budgie at 2 months. he was blue and had a bluish nose, now, 3 months later, he is green with a pink nose, with still a little bit of blue in it. is it a male or a femail? thanks.

i have 2 budgies one girl one boy that igot it 4 days ago and the girl one comes on my finger but my boy budgie is so scared but the girl one is giving it trust now it comes only for 5 seconds
