Not safely. She needs to see a vet to determine the safest and most effective treatment for her eye problem. Knowing whether or not her cornea (glassy surface of the eye) is affected will determine which eye medications can be used. Get to the vet . . . as a puppy she’s probably due for a check up anyhow.

I hope you mean conjunctivitis. That is an infection and must be treated with prescribed antibiotics. She needs a trip to the vet to make sure no damage has been done to the eye or surrounding tissue.
