    My dog will do anything for chicken.. Mia is only 9weeks.. Sits, lie’s and now starting to give paw. only had her a week. consistancy..

    my dog loves toys…he doesn’t want to drop the toy…he doesn’t prefer food over toys….’
    but i found another method….i show him another toy…and i won’t give it to him unlesss he drops his toy^_^

    oh, then maybe your dog doesn’t really have the natural desire to fetch it yet… then to make the dog more interested in it. just relate something very reinforcing with it. put some some cream cheese or some treats in in it so your dog will want to go and get it. and once he holds it in his mouth, praise him like anything… repeat this till positively associate the toys to him..

    i didnt mean he runs AWAY away he just wont pick up the ball or whatever. he runs up, looks at it, and walks off lol
